Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Monthly service fee
The AI assistant's monthly fee has no lock-in and can be cancelled at any time with 30 days' notice. The service stays active until the end of the period already paid; there is no refund of the current period, save as provided by applicable law.
2. Setup fee and projects
The setup fee and custom projects are non-refundable once delivered, as they correspond to work actually performed. If the work is cancelled before delivery, the amount paid is returned, less the work already carried out up to that date.
3. Consumers — right of withdrawal
Where the Client is a consumer (and not a company/professional), they may have the 14-day right of withdrawal provided by law. For digital services whose performance begins, with the consumer's express consent, before the end of that period, the Client acknowledges they may lose that right for the part already provided. Most of our clients engage as a company/professional, in which case this right does not apply.
4. How to cancel
Just send an email to info@vistacriativa.com. Where payment is recurring via Stripe, cancellation can also be done from the customer portal, where available.
5. Processing of refunds
Approved refunds are processed through Stripe, to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days.
